Each day, you’ll receive a short, gentle message on Whatsapp with a 5–10 minute practice you can do anytime. By the end, you’ll know your own energy deeply — and how to live from it every day.

To download WhatsApp, navigate to your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, App Store for iOS) and search for "WhatsApp." Once you find it, tap "Install" and follow the on-screen prompts. 

Here's a more detailed guide:

Android:
  1. Open the Google Play Store: Find the Play Store app on your Android device and open it.
  2. Search for WhatsApp: Tap the search bar at the top and type "WhatsApp".
  3. Find the official app: You should see "WhatsApp Messenger" appear in the search results.
  4. Install the app: Tap "Install" and wait for the download and installation to complete.
  5. Open WhatsApp: Once installed, tap "Open" to start using the app. 

iOS (iPhone):
  1. Open the App Store: Find the App Store app on your iPhone and open it.
  2. Search for WhatsApp: Tap the search bar and type "WhatsApp".
  3. Find the official app: Locate "WhatsApp Messenger" in the search results.
  4. Install the app: Tap "Get" and follow the prompts to confirm the download.
  5. Open WhatsApp: Once installed, tap "Open" to start using the app. 

After downloading, you'll need to register your phone number and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile and start using WhatsApp.  Please email me if you are not invited into the chat within 48 hours of sending your payment.
