Grief and I are old friends. Very old friends. I often invite them to dinner.... you see when you make space for grief, then it doesn't show up unannounced as often. They are more apt to wave hello, and then wait for you to be ready to embrace them. The document below is an excerpt from the workbook I wrote for my coping with grief workshop.
