We will open with this statement of intention:
Divine energies of the Universe,
We ask for your guidance and wisdom, your love, light, and protection.
As we gather together this morning, may our hearts and minds open freely, releasing judgment and quieting the noise within us. Remind us of our place within the beautiful unity of this life, and of the connection that exists between us all.
We commit ourselves now to listening—to listening deeply, with open hearts and curious minds. We trust that as we acknowledge and welcome the Divine, we will co-create the opportunities and experiences that bring us exactly what we need to learn, understand, and grow.
We ask for patience, compassion, and understanding—for ourselves and for one another
—as we walk this journey together.
May we be inspired to remember our own divine light, and to recognize that the light within each of us is part of the greater light that makes the Universe whole.
May we enter this time with openness, trust, and love.
Amen.
We will share any announcements, then move into a spiritual topic of discussion. After which will be a guided meditation which will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
We will close with the statement of intention:

We give thanks for this time we have shared together—for the stillness, the guidance, the insights, and the connection we have experienced.
May we carry the peace we have found here with us as we return to our day. May the wisdom we have received continue to unfold in its own time, and may we remain open to the lessons, signs, and opportunities that present themselves along our path.
Help us to move through this day with patience, compassion, and understanding—for ourselves, for one another, and for the world around us.
May we remember that we are never truly separate. We are each a unique expression of the same beautiful energy, connected by something greater than ourselves.
May our hearts remain open, our minds remain curious, and our spirits remain willing to listen.
And may the light we carry within us shine outward—not only for ourselves, but for all those whose paths we touch.
