This is Truly's 2nd compilation with 8 new meditations. Meditation can ease stress into peace and is an excellent tool in re-aligning your emotions. It can help you reach a calm and peaceful state. Meditating on your own is not an easy task and thus "guided meditations" can help successfully lead you into that meditative state.

All tracks are in MP3 format. You simply download the tracks to your computer and transfer the MP3 tracks to your MP3 player, iPods or other mobile device. iSong cards can be purchased virtually as pin code can be relayed through email at client's request. Upon receipt of payment we can send you by email your iSong card. 
*Note for Apple products once you download the files to your computer you simply drag & drop tracks to your iTunes library and then transfer to whatever mobile device you choose (i.e. iPod, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
