How it Works: This experience discusses the emotions involved in conflict. How they can be expressed in healthy ways. There will be education on window of tolerance and what to expect when experiencing the different emotions. There will be open discussion and an open forum to share. You will be given the opportunity to participate in a guided meditation designed to help you understand how this conflict/rupture was created and an opportunity to feel forgiveness if you feel called to do so. Forgiveness is not mandatory, nor should it be. Results: You will gain education about yourself and others. You will understand the process of forgiveness at a deeper level.
