My family and I try to visit an exotic place every few years & we fell in love with the South Pacific a while back. Its people are as warm as the weather& the sky and waters are almost the same shade of blue.
My family always have a laugh when I tell them I'm going on vacation. They know spirit knows no such thing and will take the opportunity to use my gift no matter where I am in the world. This was no exception. Fiji is a developing country and with that come hardship and dangers. It also has challenges with medical care & drugs (both legal & otherwise). Their government is working hard to change things but change is always slow. The culture in Fiji is very Christian. The term medium is not understood. The closest thing to it is "Re Re" which is like a magician or spiritual fortune teller. It's not always accepted, so I spent a lot of time keeping my spiritual mouth shut. The 1st spirit that insisted I speak was a man by the name of "JoJon" or 'Jo'. I was meditating on a massage table on the beach of south sea island when he just would not stop talking and changing my breathing rhythm. I asked the lady giving me my massage if she knew what a medium was and then explained that I talk to dead people. I could tell she was scared, but curious. I asked her if she knew of a man in his late 30's who passed suddenly in an accident. From the way I felt I was sure it was a sudden impact to the chest because I couldn't seem to catch my breath. My face and chest had tremendous pressure on them. He told me he wore a uniform and kept giving me the letter “J”. She pretty much stopped my massage and looked at me in awe. She told me his name was "Jo" and he died around Easter time. He was a security guard on the island and he was in her extended family. He had a horrible head on collision with a bus. He left behind a wife (related to the massage therapist), who was still crying over his passing. He wanted his wife to know that it was an accident and he didn't want to go. He wanted her to know he was alright and that he loved her but she needs to carry on with her life. The massage therapist said she would pass on my/his message and finished the massage. When I was done she asked if I was Christian. I said yes In fact I am a minister. She smiled and had a sigh of relief. I guess most “Re Re's” she's been in contact with are not.
I also passed on messages from a grandma who raised her granddaughter, a father who suddenly 'disappeared' (he had a heart attack on his boat and fell into the sea) and a brother that was mixed up with the wrong crowd. So much for vacation! LOL! Anyway know I'll be back in the swing of things very shortly.
As always thanks for reading. Love & light, Truly
